- Abstract submission deadline: Tuesday, 20 October
- Notification of acceptance: Tuesday, 24 November
- Authors Acceptance Deadline: Tuesday, 22 December
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
We aim for a highly inclusive conference and welcome a broad range of contributions. We do not exclusively expect new, unpublished results; you are also highly encouraged to submit results that have been recently published or presented elsewhere.
- Declaration Requirement: When submitting, authors must clearly declare whether their abstract presents new/unpublished results or recently published/presented results.
- Presentation Format: All accepted abstracts will be showcased as a poster presentation (A0 size, 841mm x 1189mm) and will be accompanied by a short pitch to the audience.

- Submission Process: Please email your completed abstract to arnaud.bertsch@epfl.ch, ensuring your full name and institutional affiliation are included in the email body.
